frequently asked questions
How long does a full detail take?
With our process, it comes down to the vehicle’s size and what corrections are needed. If we’re extracting stains, doing multiple spot treatments, and deep cleaning every surface, you’re looking at about 3–6 hours. For a smaller car, we can have it dialed in within 2–4 hours — all without cutting corners.
What do I need to prepare before a detail?
All we ask is that you remove any personal items you don’t want vacuumed up or misplaced. Even with our attention to detail, small items can get shifted during cleaning. If we do find something, we’ll set it aside and return it to you exactly as we found it.
What if I have a biohazard in my car?
This is considered a safety hazard, but we most definitely can get it taken care of. Biohazard cleanups require extra safety measures and specialized products. Because of this, we charge a biohazard fee based on the situation. Biohazards must be disclosed before your appointment so we can arrive prepared. However, if we discover one during your detail without prior notice, we will pause work and notify you immediately. We will not continue until we have identified the source and agreed on how to handle it, both for our safety and to protect your vehicle.
